Hi! It's been way too long that I've been trying to post pictures of S. America. I've completely given up on that venture, but will try to diligently post pics from my travels in India. Here are some to start.
I spent a few days in Delhi getting used to the time, culture shock, etc. Not much to photograph there.
The Taj Mahal - said to be the greatest monument ever built for love. Essentially is it a tomb built by the ruler of India for one of his wives who died during child labor. It took something like 75 years to build it. It is made completely of marble and the colorful designs and Islamic scripture that wind their way around the whole building both inside and out are semi-precious stones inlaid in the marble. It is absolutely stunning and perfect.
